Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed with Fuzhou Minqing Yifeng Trade Co.,Ltd. ("Fablecord", "we") through fablecord.com or by email/WhatsApp.

  1. Business buyers. Fablecord sells to business customers (wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, brands). By ordering, you confirm you are buying for business purposes.
  2. Orders. An order is confirmed only after we accept it in writing (e.g. order confirmation or proforma invoice, PI). We may decline or adjust an order if a product, specification or quantity is unavailable.
  3. Minimum order quantity. MOQ is 100 pcs per item unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed in writing.
  4. Pricing. All prices are in USD, EXW China, and exclude freight, insurance, duties and taxes. Quantity tier prices are shown on each product page. Prices may change without notice, but the price on your confirmed PI applies to that order.
  5. Payment. Payment is by T/T bank transfer. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is due before production starts. Please include your order number in the transfer reference. Bank charges on the buyer's side are paid by the buyer. Bank details are shown after checkout and on your PI.
  6. Lead time. Production and delivery lead times are quoted per order and are estimates. We will inform you promptly of any delay.
  7. Custom (OEM) orders. For custom specifications, labels or packaging, the buyer is responsible for approving samples/artwork and for having the right to use any supplied logos or designs.
  8. Shipping and risk. Goods are sold EXW China. See our Shipping Policy.
  9. Warranty. We warrant that goods will be free from manufacturing and quality defects on delivery and will match the confirmed specifications. Claims must be made as described in our Refund Policy. The remedy is replacement or refund of the defective units.
  10. Compliance. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the goods meet the import, safety and labelling requirements of the destination market, and for correct installation by qualified persons.
  11. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.
  12. Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  13. Governing law. These terms are governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and applicable international trade law. Any dispute will first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties.
  14. Changes. We may update these terms; the version in effect when your order is confirmed applies.
