Refund policy

All Fablecord products are made to order for wholesale buyers. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for reasons other than quality defects (for example, change of mind, ordering the wrong item or quantity, or excess stock).

Quality claims If any goods arrive with a manufacturing or quality defect, please:
1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods, by email to sales@fablecord.com or WhatsApp +86 135 9939 2250.
2. Include your order number, the number of defective units, and clear photos or video showing the defect (and the carton/labels where relevant).
3. Do not ship any goods back until we have confirmed the claim in writing and given return instructions.

Remedy After we confirm the defect, we will, at our option and in agreement with you, either replace the defective units or refund the price paid for the defective units. Remedies apply only to the defective units, not to the whole order. Freight, duties and taxes paid by the buyer are not refundable unless agreed in writing.

Not covered Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or use outside the product's stated specifications; normal wear; and minor variations in color or finish within normal production tolerance. Transit damage should be reported to the carrier/forwarder appointed by the buyer, as goods are sold EXW China.

Refund or replacement arrangements The method and timing of any refund or replacement will be agreed with the seller for each case.
