Shipping policy

Trade term: EXW China. All prices on fablecord.com are EXW (Ex Works) China. Prices do not include freight, insurance, export/import clearance, duties or taxes.

Freight is quoted separately. At checkout, the shipping line shows "$0 – Freight quoted separately (EXW China)". This does not mean free shipping. After you place your order, we will contact you to confirm the shipping method — sea freight, air freight or express courier — and quote the freight cost. Freight is paid by the buyer, either:
- to us, if you ask us to arrange shipping on your behalf, or
- directly to your own forwarder, if you arrange pickup.

Lead time. Production lead time depends on quantity and specifications and is quoted per order. Shipping starts after production is complete and payment terms are met.

Duties and taxes. Import duties, VAT/GST and customs fees in the destination country are paid by the buyer.

Risk. Under EXW, risk passes to the buyer when the goods are made available for pickup at our facility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
